Q. Can I cancel an Order?
Answer: Yes you can cancel an order. Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched or our courier partner has picked up the order.
Q. How to cancel an order?
Answer: Yes you can cancel an order. You can cancel an order from your order detail page by clicking on the cancel button or can send us a WhatsApp message with your order number or call us to cancel your order. Q. Are there any cancellations charge?
Answer: As we allow cancellation until we haven’t shipped the product so we don’t take any cancellation charge. But once the product is shipped cancellation is not possible
Q. Can I return a product?
Answer: Yes, we accept return of product if it is informed within 24 hours of receiving the order, Return request will be accepted on the below criteria
- If we have sent you a wrong order
- If the package is damaged ( however we request our customer not to receive or accept a package if it’s not intact and is torn or damaged or opened). Please provide us with photographic proof as we have to forward that to the courier partner.
Q. How do I initiate a return?

Q. I have placed a return request/replacement Request, what happens now?
Answer: Once we receive your request we will examine the request and if the request is approved we will either send you a pickup slip which you need to print and paste on the box to be picked up or will ask you to send us the parcel using any courier service and we will provide you the shipping cost.
Note: Availability of pickup of returned order is totally dependent on the service availability through our courier partner.
Q. How long it takes to receive returned money in the bank account?
Answer: It normally takes 7 to 8 working days to receive money from the day we initiate the refund. The duration of time is taken by the bank and not us. Once we initiate the refund we will inform you so that you can keep a track of the number of days.
