1.About these terms

These terms apply when you browse or buy from namsesutea.com, run by Namsesu (trading as Namsesu Tea), Bylane 2, Chandan Nagar Path, Beltola Tiniali, Guwahati, Assam 781028. GSTIN: [add GSTIN]. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2.Our products

All our teas are grown at Basundhara garden, Dhekiajuli, Assam. We describe and photograph them as accurately as we can, but colours and leaf appearance can vary slightly between batches, as tea is a natural product. Ingredients for each tea are listed on its product page and pack. Unopened packs stay fresh for up to 2 years.

3.Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include applicable GST.
• Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We accept UPI, debit and credit cards and netbanking through Razorpay, and cash on delivery.
• We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

4.Orders and cancellations

Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email (for online payments, once payment is received). We may cancel an order, with a full refund of any amount paid, if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we can’t deliver to your address.

You can cancel an order before it ships. Cancellations within 12 hours of ordering get a full refund. After 12 hours, but before shipping, we refund the amount paid minus payment gateway fees. Shipped orders can’t be cancelled.

5.Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and refunds by our Returns and Refunds Policy. In short, we ship within 24 hours, delivery takes 7 to 8 days, and after delivery refunds are given only when a parcel arrives damaged or is not delivered.

6.Your account

If you create an account, please keep your password safe. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.

7.Our content

All text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to Namsesu. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission.

8.Liability

We are responsible for delivering the products you order as described. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
