3.Dispatch and delivery times
We pack and ship every order within 24 hours of receiving it.
Because every parcel travels from our garden region in Assam, delivery usually takes 7 to 8 days across India. Some remote areas may take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates from our courier partners and are not guaranteed.
4.Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available. Choose it at checkout and pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
5.Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we send you a tracking link by email and WhatsApp. You can also find it in My Account, under Orders.
6.Delays and failed delivery
Occasionally, weather, festivals or courier issues can cause delays. If your order is late, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we’ll chase it for you.
If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect or no one is available after several attempts, the parcel may return to us. We’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery; extra shipping may apply.
7.Damaged or undelivered parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo of the box and pack on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. If your parcel is not delivered, message us with your order number. In both cases we’ll give you a full refund. To cancel an order before it ships, see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
